• Pursuant to due call and nctice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on the l'th day of ■-, 19
commencing at TM o'clock P. M. at the Village Hall,
18800 State Highway F55.
The following members were present: Myor Staples, Trento"

the following members were absent: Wono

THE ASSESSMENT FOR

and their objections, if any, were noted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILIAGS OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:

against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land,
In accordance with the provisions of law, and has p•e-
pared and filed in his office tabulated statements in
duplicate showing the proper description of each and
every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially
assessed in the amount calculated against same.

Notice has been duly published as required by law
that this council would meet in regular session at
this time and place to pass on the proposed assessment.

The proposed assessment has at all times since its
filing been open to inspection and copying by all
persons interested, and an opportunity has been given

to all interested persons to present their objections,
if any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item
thereof, and N objections have been filed.

This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or par-
cels of land enumerated in said proposed assessment was
and is specially benefited by the construction of
arch street lighting
In the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite
the description of each such lot, piece or parcel of land
and that said amount is hereby levied and assessed.

Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and con-
firmed, and the suss fixed and named in said proposed
assessment with the changes and alterations hereinabove
made are affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper
special assessment for each of said lots, pieces or
parcels of land respectively.

Said assessment so affirm3d, adopted and confirmed shall
be certified to by the Village Cleric and filed in his
office and shall thereupon be and constitute the special
assessment for street IU*tln for Cee kv"d lights and

The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel
of land shall bear interest from the date hereof until
the same have been paid at the rate of 0
percent per annum.

Such assessment shall be payable in 1 equal annual
Installments payable on the lot day of January in each
year, beginning in the year 19 4T , and continuing until
all of said installments shall -Te been paid, each
Installment to be collected with tame collectible
during said year by the County Auditor. To the first
Installment shall be added interest on the entire assess-
ment from the date hereof to December 31, 19 M . To each
subsequent installment shall be added intere'ST-for one

year on all unpaid installments.
