• CALLING FOX-RDLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (@6sMj*&)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the lZth day of rglrftr , 19-M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees

Trustee Murat Introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

NHEREAS, a report has been given by the/11— js Engineer to

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAOE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
• in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.B.A. Sec. 429.011 to 489.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall he held on such proposed In-
proveseat on the 44th day of Me,or , 19 66, at
the Village Hall,i'nTTie Village—or Flyymouth any -SO
