Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular-gM@MW
meeting of the Village Council was held on the nth day of
Mslembor , 198A_ at the Village Hall, 13800 Otate Highway
No. 55 commencing at 1;30 o'clock P M. The following
members were present: M&yer •t&plen, Trastew O'flallom, amt
Eagem and Beamer.

resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66-167

BE IT IMSOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth. Minnesota as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of gift Awemme
;* p"$"* 1-95 , including all incidental
expenses, is in the sum of $ US, 5" , and that the sum of
$ 16,299.68 is to be assessed against benefitted property.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Villa`s
ftgimser , shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable

lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected in
accordance with the provisions of Section 29.061, Minnesot-a
Statutes.
The above motion was seconded by Must
