P. awtuB= sae pBorwr s -la BE IT I=OLVZD by the Village Council of the °tillage c' 2lynouth, Minnesota, as follows: • 1. A proposed assessment roll for the S. _. P. RANM ! � Yas pnoj� =Mimprovemsat, prepared by the Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village xMiasea , is hereby received and ordered to be placed on file in the office of the Village Cleric, where it shall be and remain open to public inspection. 2. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of a hearing on such proposed assessment in the official newspaper at least two veeks prior to the time specified for such hearing. The clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the owner of each parcel of land described in the a3sessment roll, With such nailed notice to be given no less than two weeds • prior to the Cate of hearing on such proposes assessment roll. B. Such notice shall state the dats, time and place of such • hearing, the general nature of the improvement, the area proposed to be asse3sed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. 4. The Villaga Council shall meet at the time and place specified in such notice to pass upon such proposed assessment. The above motion was seconded, by TrMUW ftnt and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees 017allon, Hagen, Hunt and Fanner; • and the following voted against: )tone. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
