The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O•lallea, Hagen, Sunt and Danner. The following members were absent: None #ate#x��am� .x�a�ta��:x��: ##e�•���*x# Hwou Pim No. 66-165 Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RE,",OLUTI7I1 DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF IT -OT IC3 CF 3 3ARING ON PROPO RD ASSESS - Warr FOR WE AMD LAS: ST BE IT IW30LVAD by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows: • 1. A proposed assessment roll for the Oarlaad IALW Stwu Mover improvement, prepared by the Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village Raginser , is hereby received and ordered to be placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk, where it shall be and remain open to public inspection. 2. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of a hearing on such proposed assessment in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the time specified for such hearing. The clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the owner of each parcel of land described in the assessment roll, with such mailed notice to be given no less than two weeks • prior to the date of hearing on such proposes assessment roll. 9. Such notice shmil state the date, time and place of such hearing, the general nature of the improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, that the proposed as3essment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. 4. Tha Village Council shall meet at the time and plane specified in Fuch notice to pass upon such proposed assessment. The above metra was seconded by Estee Bunt and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor th_;reof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen, Runt • and Renner; and the following voted against: Hose Whereupon Enid resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
