The following members were present: Mayor staples, Trusts" O'lalles, 1%gsa, R mt and Rsaser. The following members were absent: Now a FMOLVPION N0. 66-164 .,�,.�„ ■*��e� introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: R3- OLUTIOII DIRBCTING RMLICATION OF HOTIC3 OF HSARING ON pIt YW, 3D ASSESS- lVMIT FOR jvAm vi lAjM L'y m � POGjWr CK -M 313 IT rXW'OLVM by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows: • 1. A proposed assessment roll for the Warhor•• 1Laks Stem pmmr improvement, prepared by the Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Tillage "Siseor , is hereby received and ordered to be placed on file in the office of the Village Clor%, where it shall be and remain open to public inspection. 2. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of a hearing on such proposed assecoment in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the time specified fbr such hearing. The clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the owner of each parcel of land described In the assessment roll, with such mailed notice to be given no less than two weeks prior to the date of hearing on such proposes assessment roll. H. Such notice shall state the date, time and place of such • hearing, thi general nature of the improvement, the area proposed to be asseoeed, that the propped assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any Property ov.mer will be considered. 4. The Vi11wffe Council shall meet at the time and place specified in such notice to pass upon such proposed assessment. The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Htaples, Trustees O•lallon, gages.
