:Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular -gaga&&
meeting of the Village Council was held on the pith day of
iNptWWWr 196A_ at the Village Hall, 1300 State Highway No. 55
cormencing at qgp o'clock p .I2. The following members
were present: Bayer gfiaples, Trastees 01pallen, Sunt, gaps
and Meaner.
The following members were absent: None

of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A pr((o��posed assessment roll for the S.I.p. pasitary
/e"r project / improvement, prepared by the Village Clerk, with
the assistance of the Tills" ftg1 ser , is hereby received
and ordered to be placed on file in the office of the Village
Clark, where it shall be and remain open to public inspection.
2. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and
place of a hearing on such proposed assessment in the official
newspaper at least two weeps prior to the time specified for such
hearing. The clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the
owner of each parcel of land described in the assessment roll,
with such mailed notice to be given no less than two weeks
prior to the nate of hearing on such proposes ass;ssment roll.
R. Such notice shall stato the data, time and place of such
hearing, the general nature of the improvement, the area proposed
to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with
the Clerk, And that written or oral objections thereto by any
Property owner will be considered.
4. The Village Council shall meet at the time and place
specified in puch notice to pass upon such proposed assessment.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee pmt
And upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees oefkilon, Past, Mages
and lesser=
and the following voted against: Hone
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
