Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular-}
meeting of the Village Council was held on the 12th day of
N,.19aber 1966 at the Village Hall, 13000 State Highway No. 55
cormencing at 7:30 o'clock —Y N. The following members
were present: Mayor staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hent, Hagea
and wenwir.
The following members were absent: None

Mawor Staples introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:

BE IT REGOLVIAD by the Village Council of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows:
10 1. A proposed assessment roll for the 1965 suet lrejeot
Q465) improvement, prepared by the Village Clerk, with
the assistance of the vile" >agiaser , is hereby received
and ordered to be placed on file in the office of the Village
Clerk, where it shall be and remain open to public inspection.
2. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and
place of a hearing on such proposed assessment in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the time specified for such
hearing. The clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the
owner of each parcel of land described in the assessment roll,
with such mailed notice to be given no less than two weeks
0 prior to the crate of hearing on such proposes assessment roll.
S. such notice shall state tt:e date, time and place of such
hearing, the general nature of the improvement, the area proposed
to be asseaced, that the propwod assessment roll is on file with
the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any
property ovner will be considered.
4. Tha Village Council shall meet at the time and place
specified in Asch notice to pass upon such proposed assessment.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hunt
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O*Fallon, Hunt, Hagen
and Renner.

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
