Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular.gj
meeting of the Village Council was held on the 11th day of rep-
temler 19(0 at the Village Hall, 13000 State Highway Pio. 55
commencing at 7:30 o'clock P M. T'4e following members
were present: Mayer /tepies, Trustees 01761162, Oust, Magma
and Rosser.
The following members were absent: NON

of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows:

and ordered to be placed on file in the office of the Village
Clark, where it shall be and remain open to public inspection.
8. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and
place of a het►ring on such proposed assessment in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the time specified for such
hearing, The clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the
owner of each parcel of land described in the assessment roll,
with such mailed notice to be Riven no lase than two weeks
• prior to the Cate of hearing on such proposes assessment roll.
i. Such notice shall state the date, time and place of such
hearing, the geu eral nature of the improvement, the area proposed
to be assessed, that the propo3ed assessment roll is on file with
the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any
property owner will be considered.
4. The Village Council shall meet at the time and place
specified in such notice to pass upon such proposed assessment.
The above motion was seconded by TrusteeHuat
tend upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof; Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Haeea
and Renner;
and the following voted against: Now
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
