The following members were present: Iftyer, Staplss, Trostsss Runt, Rama and Sooner; and the following members were absent: Trsstse o•ftilen. RESOLUTION N0. 66-159 Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution • and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on may lA , 19 AS , the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the rezoning and w1dasi■g of Lara6 Laos north of the Soo Lias Railroad tr*Wm in Motion 11, T+Nmsrip iii, Slap #s. 0 and has presented much plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REBOLitdD BY THE VILLAGs COUNCIL OF THE VILLAW OF PLYMOUTH: -1- i "l. Such plans and specification:,, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the official paper ids an advertisement for Dim upon e making or such mprovement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub- lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 10!00 o'clock A. H. on $Wt.30198 i in the Council Chambers of the Village Ball, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5 per cent of the amount of such bid." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee stat and upon vote being taken thereon, • the following voted in favor thereof: layer Otos, TrmteM Oast, Sam and Oeaxer.
