WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has undertaken a sanitary

sewer improvomont program, hercAn described as 1966 Sanitary Sorer

1 -A -I and has duly hold appropriate public hoarings, and
W12REAS, the Village has heretofore adopted, by resolution,

r� official policies and procedures to be followed in assessment $-
procedures on improvement projects in the Village and specifically
1966 SS 1 -A -I,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TU
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that the following described pro

deleted from the area assessments. The areas are described as
