HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-155F.: fqj Naar $t4100 introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:` Resolution No. 66-155 AREAS, theVillage of Plymouth has; undertaken a sanitary sewer improvement program, herein described. as 1966 Sanitary Sewer �. t 1 -A -I, and has duly held appropriate public hearings, and x' WHEREAS, the Village has heretofore adopted, by resolution, ' official policies and procedures to be followed in assessment G^ procedures on improvement projects in the Village and specifically x> 16: SS 1 -A -I, and WHEREAS, the Village desires to designate persons to prepare ' assessment rolls pursuant to Minn. Stats. 429.061(1) and to provide 3` r such individuals and to adopt for use in 1966 SS 1-A-1 such amounts to be assessed, r NOW, T:sREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that the following persons be and they are hereby authorized to prepare the assessment rolls for 1966 SS 1 -A -I subject to approval of an agreement for services of said individuals by the t Village attorneys: Arthur C. Hermanson James Fudali Tim Sheridan, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following formula for annual . assessment be adopted by the Village for implementation in assess- ment of 1966 S$ 1 -A -I and Trunk No. 6: Lateral assessments shall be $7.00 per front foot as defined and interpreted in Res. No.66- Acreage assessments shall be $100.00 per acre for residential use and $150.00 per acre for commercial and industrial use. P Unit assessments shall be $50.00 for residential r : and $75.00 for commercial and industrial.Saidz assessments shall be applicable to all parcels developed or undeveloped that may feasibly be serviced by the sanitary sewer system; provided, however, that one-half (1/2) acre shall be considered the minimum assessable unit and parcels with area less than one-half (1/2)`; acre shall be assessed at the minimum rate.
