RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF
UPERIAL HILLS 29D ADDITION
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular sleeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day
of September, 1966.

adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 66- /-5 3
• Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth that:
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a hearing to
consider the proposed plat on Imperial Hills tad Addition, and
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planairg Comission recommended approval
of the plata and
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Engineer recomended approval after due
consideration and study.
Therefore be it resolved that the Imperial Hills 2nd Addition as here-
with described be approved on this 12th day of September, 1966.
Lots 1 through 11, inclusive, in Block 5 and Lots 1 through 14,
inclusive, in Block 6, Imperial Hills, according to the plat
thereof on file or of record in the Office of the Registrar of
Titles, County of Hennepin. Also all that part of vacates
Yanthus Lame and, 20th Avenue Borth lying between Blocks 5 :nd
6, Imperial Hills, lying Westerly of a line drawn from the
Southeast corner of said Block 5 to a point in the Horth line
of Lot 14 in said Block 6, distant 63.73 feet West of the
Northeast corner of said Lot 14; and lying Westerly of a
curved line dram from the Southeast corner of Lot 1 in said
Block 6 to the Northeast corner of Lot 1 in said Block 5,
said curved lime being convex to the West and having a radius
of 552.29 feet, have caused the some to be surveyed and platted
as Imperial Hills 2nd Addition, and do hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the Lane and
Easements for Utility and Drainage purposes as ahova on the
annexed plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Tey 5z fee Nv/uf' and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted is favor thereof: �1.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Xinnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of winutes of
a regular meting of the Village Council of said Village held
September 12, 1966, with the original thereof on file in aq office
and the same is a full and true transcript therefrom insofar as
the gams relates to approval of the final plat of Imperial Hills
2nd Addition.
