A RESOLUTION APPOINTING GERALD F. SPLINTER
CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH,
introduced the following
Resolution ,.nd moved its adoption.
WHEREAS: Paul R. Boog has resigned from the position of
Clerk Administrator of the Village of Plymouth,
effective September 1, 1966, and
WHEREAS: It is necessary that his successor be appointed,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, That GERALD F. SPLINTER
be, and he hereby is, appointed as Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, effective September 1,
1966.
The above Motion Was seconded by T fa 41 r e e,'
and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, Gerald G. Splinter, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota
do hereby certify that I have examined the attached and foregoing copy
of a resolution appointing Gerald G. Splinter an Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, and that the same is a true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed by the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth on the 29th day of August, 1966, as the same is set
forth in the minutes of the meeting of said Council on file and of record
in may office.
