1. It is hereby deternUmd to be aecessary, proper and
expedient and in the interest of the public health,
convenience and general welfare of the citizens of
the Pillage Of Plymouth to o0quire easements for sanitary
seer purposes over the following described property
located within said Village of Plymouth, County of
