OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOU`-rH
August 29, 1966
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymout_ was held on August 29,
1966, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M, at the Village Hall, 13800
State Highway No. 55.
The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt and Hagen
The following members were absent:

Trustee Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 66-14a
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RIDGEb3OUNT AVENUE
AS A TEMPORARY DETOUR FOR COUNTY ROAD NO. 15.
WHEREAS, the installation of sanitary sewer on County Road
No. 15 will require the closing of said thoroughfare
and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that County Road No. 15 traffic be
diverted to another street,
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Ridgemount Avenue be and hereby is designated
as a temporary detour for County Road No. 15 during
the period of installation of sanitary sewer on
said County Road No. 15,
2. That "NO PARKING" signs be posted on said Ridge -
mount Avenue."
The above Motion was seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote

being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared to be duly passed and
adopted.

The undersigned, being the duly appointed and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, does hereby
certify that the within Extract of the Minutes of a Special Meeting
of the Village Council, held on August 29, 1966, is in all respects
a true and correct copy of said Minutes as they appear in the
Minute Book of said municipality insofar as said Minutes relate
to the designation of Ridgemount Avenue as a detour for County Road
No. 15.
