RESOLUTION APPROVING 73 IFICATIO_ N9 Aria

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof m (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota.
was held on the 28th day of August , 1966.
The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Failon, Haat and Hagen.
and the following members were absent: Trustee Romer.

Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution
. and moved its adoption:
WHE11EAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
Consulting
Mor,3. 10 & 17 , 19 05 , the 3[fiiege Engineer has prepared plans
and specifications for the oil coating of Village streets, which
have been open for installation of sanitary sowers In the Prejeats

66-1A through 66-1J.
and has prevented such plans and spec�..ca! '.ons to the Council for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R2SOLVED BY TIM VILLAGE COURC M OF THE
1b VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

111. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisement for bids upon
e making o such Improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will bo opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 Weleok A.M. on0ept.29,1966, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
forFITO 6i per cent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by 'rano.i#e bra and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:
