REPORT Olt-MIPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sr (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on tho tfth day of August , 19 8d
The following members were present:

the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
ITOTt THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:

"That the proposed improvement be referred to the VVIftse
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The notion was seconded by Trustee WASt
and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion:
