Pursuant to di -ie call. and notice th reo:f', a Special Meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on Au_;ust 29,
1.966, at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highuay No, 55, {,-oitunencing at
7:30 o'clock P.M..
The following; members were present:

and moved its adoption:
"Resolution No. 66 - 140
A Resolution Establishing the Method
of Maintenance and Payment Therefor
of Certain Areas in the Development of
Uetro Plymouth Corporation,
WILEREAS, Metro Plymouth Corporation is in the process of the
development of an area in the Village along County
Road #18 between 36th Avenue North and County Road
No. 9 and,
WHEREAS, the development includes areps of "green stripping"
and "walk ways" as well as parts area, and,
WHEREAS, it is desirable that an understanding be reached as
r to the responsibility for the maintenance of such
areas and the payment of the expense of such mainte-
nance,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT IIEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1, Attached to this resolution and made a part hereof
as though Sully set forth herein is an exhibit show-
ing; the area of development of Metro Plymouth Corpor-
ation. That said exhibit is hereby incorporated
herein.
2, The Areas designated on said Exhibit, as "A" are
park areas and the areas designated as "B" are
"green stripping" or "walkways". That all of such
areas designated "A" and "B" shall be dedicated or
conveyed to the Village of Plymouth.

3. The Village shall maintain the areas designated
as "A" in said exhibit and the expense thereof shall
be borne by the Village from its public park fund.
4. The Village shall maintain the areas designated
as "B" in said exhibit and the expense thereof shall
be borne by the annual levy of special assessments

5. That the obligation of the Village of Plymouth for
rraintenance of Areas "A" and "B" in the said exhibit
shall not commence until Metro Plymouth Corporation,
or its successors or assigns, shall have fully com-
plied with the terms of the various subdivision con-
tracts relating to the subdivisions within the
development which have been entered into or may
hereafter be entered into."

vote being 'taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

The undersigned, being the duly appointed and acting Clerk -Administrator of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, does hereby certify that the within Extract
of the Minutes of a Special meeting of the Village Council, held on August 29,
1966, is in all respects a true and correct copy of said Minutes as they appear
in the Minute Hook of said municipality insofar as said Minutes relate to the
Maintenance of Certain Areas in the Davlopment of Metro Plymouth Corporation.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
village this 12th day of September, 1966.
