ek OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
August 15, 1966, at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55
commendng at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trust#es Renner ar,d Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples, and Trustee Hagen.

Acting Mayer O'Fallon introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66-139
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August ,
1966, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment roll for street lighting with respect to Creekwood Heights
Area, and
WHEREAS, the clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VII,,AGF COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 19thday of September
1966, in the village hall at 7.30 o'clock P.M.opass
upon such proposed assessment roll and at such time and
place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such assessments.
2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare and publish
a notice of such assessment hearing and to mail copies
of such notice to all property owners affected, all
in accordance with the provisions of SEction 429.061,
Minnesota Statutes.
Ilk The motion was seconded by Trustee Hunt
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fcllen, Trustees Renner and Hunt.
and the following voted against: Nene.
and the following members were absent: Mayer Staples and Trustee Hagen.
whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I
have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
held on August 15, 1966, with the original onfile in my office, and
the same is a full, true, and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to the vacation of certain streets of the
village.
WITNESS my hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village on this day of August, 1966.
