RESOLUTION APPRO IFICATIONS AND
•MMRING ADVERT11NEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due uall and notice thereof a regular ack
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 15th day of August , 19 66.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor O'Fallcn,
Trustees Renner and Hunt
and the following members were absent: Mayor 5ta;2les, Trustee Hagen

Acting Mayor O'Fallon introduced the following Resolution

an& the Fire Chief of the Village of Plymouth
has reported on the need for and specifications of a Fire Department
Emergency Truck

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
S VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

"1. Such plans and specificationo, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
B. The Villa.. -e Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisement for bids upon
emaking suc mprovement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 A. M. on Oct. 3, 1966, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for per cent of the amount of such bid,"
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Renner and upon vote being taken thereon,
• the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fallon,
Trustees Renner and Hunt
The following voted against the same: none
The following were (absent) Mayor
Staples, Trustee Hagen
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a mgadmAx meeting of the Village Council of said village held
, 1966, with the original thereof on file in
my off1ce and same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to purchase of a Fire
Department Emergency Truck
