Pursuant to due call and notics thereof, a regular t
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 13th day of August , 19 d$ .
The following members were present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees
Renner and Hunt
and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples, Trustee Hagen

Trustee Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improve-

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the

2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
