HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-1360 MW ifd VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION APPROVING IFICATIONS AND (JR1315KINU ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular f8p=10191 meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota; was held on the 15th day of August , 19 66 The following members were present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees Renner and Hunt and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples, Trustee Hagen RMOLUPION NO. 66-136 Trustee Benner introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WHEIM S, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on , 19 66 , the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the installation of Sanitary Sever in the Ni and the N} of Sea. 26, being south of 26th Avenue and west of Medicine Lake as well as 3,36O feet along South Shore Drive, Sanitary Serer Project 66-1I and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE . VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: -1- • "1. Such plans and ipecificationo, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the official paper and in an advertisement for bids upon e making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub- lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that 1bp1 s veill be opened �ndt 4nsider6ed by the Council at A M. o,iSep e, 1S6 , in the Council Chambers of. the Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for per cent of the amount of such bid." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees Renner and Hunt The following voted against the same: none The following were (absent) Rayor Staples, Trustee Hagen WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
