and the following members wero absent: Mayor Staples, Trustee Hagen

Trustee Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the ipgrgrec
x installation of Sanitary
Sewer Project 66-1H, being the southintereeptor from Parkers
Lake easterly,
by
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with C. S. McCrossan, Inc.
of Osseo Minnesota

• Sewer Project 88-15, being the south interceptor from
Parkers Lake easterly.

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
. until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Renner and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor
O*Fallon, Trusteestienner and Hunt
The following voted against the same: none
The following were (absent) Trustee Hagen,
An*Jmi Mayor Maples
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
