EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council was held on the 15th day of August, 1966, at the
Village Hall, 1.3800 State Highway No. 55, commencing at 7:30 P.M.
The followin, members were present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees
Renner and Hunt,
and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples, Trustee Haben.
Trustee Renner introduced the following resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66-134
WHEREAS, American Oil Co. has requested a permit to build
a Standard Station at the NE quadrant of Highway 55 and County
Road 70, and
WITEREAS, said American Oil Co. has also requestedpermission
to erect a Standard Oil sign at said location,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That subject to application being made and
approved under the Plymouth Sign Ordinance,
American Oil Co. by allowed to erect a
Standard Oil sign at the location of
the Standard Station at the NE quadrant
. of Highway 55 and County Road 70.
The above motion was seconded by Acting Mayor O'Fallon and upon
vote being Laken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees Renner and Hunt,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
