EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
it OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINP''SOTA
Pursuant to clue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council. was held on the 15th day of August, 1966, at
the Vill ,„o Hall, 13500 State Highway No. 55, commencing at 7:30
o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Acting Mayor
O'Fallon, Trustees Renner and Hunt;
and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples, Trustee Hagen.
Trustee Renner introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66-133
WHEREAS, American Oil Co. has requested a permit to build
a Standard Station at the NE quadrant of Highway 55 and County
Road 70; and
WHEREAS, in regard to said proposed building, American Oil
Co. had further requested a waiver of Section 3.04, Ordinance 62-20,
to allow a variance of 16 feet from the 40 foot re4uirement for
location of a driveway trom an intersection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE C^ PLYMOUTH:
'. That the Provisions of Ordinance 62-20,
Section 3.04 be waived to allow a variance
of 16 feet from the 40 foot requirement for
location of a driveway from an intersection
at the proposed building site of American
Oil Co, at the NE quadrant of Highway 55
and Covrty Road 70.
Thi above mt�tion was seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted infavor thereof:
Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees Renner and Hunt,
and the following voted against: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
