HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-132VILLAGE OF PLYROL'T1I Resolution No. 66-132 Pursuant to due cell and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of August, 1966. The following members were present: Trustees Renner,and Hunt, and Acting }payor O'Fallon. and the following menbers were absent: } ayor Staples and Trustee Hagen. Trustee Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Cox, Ih.I.P. representative, has requested division of Lot 2, Block 3, X.I.P. Firer Addition; and WHEREAS, he has also requested the consolidation of portions of Lot 2 with Lots 5 and 7, Block 3, hi.I.P. First Addition; and WHMREAS, M.I.P. is requesting this division and consolidation in compliance with Village Ordinance No. 66-1. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYROUTF.: I. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth, passed on January 10,1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of kisoellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Ifiinnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Parcel A: All of Lot 3, Block 3, kinneapolis Industrial Park, Hennepin County, kinnesota lying South of the North 15 feet thereof; Also that part of Lot 2, Block 3, Y.inneapolis Industrial Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows.- Beginning ollows:Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, block 3, thence Northerly along the West line of said Lot 2 to its intersection with e. line parallel to and 15 feet South of the Southerly line of Lot 7, Block 3; thence Easterly along said parallel line a distance of 220.98 feet; thence Southwesterly to the point of beginning. Parcel H: All of Lot 5, Block 3, Einneapolis Industrial Park, Hennepin County, b:innesota, and That part of Lot 7, Block 3, i_inneapolis Industrial Park, lying Easterly of the West line of Lot 5; and lying Westerly of a line drawn perpendicular to the Nortnerly right—of-Fay line of New County Roan 6, and passing through the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 3, hinneapolis Industrial Park; and That part of Lot 2, Block 3,'Minne4pplis Industrial Park, lying North of a line described as followsi Beginning at the Southwest pgrner ofLot1, Block 3, kinneapolis Industrial Park; thence North- westalong the Southwesterly, line of said Lot 1, Blyck 3, a distance 318i17''feet; thence on a tangential curve to the left with a radius ! W of 640.97 feet to ,its point of intersection with the South line of Lot 5, Block 3, k?inneapolie"industrial Park, and there terminating. The motion for the adoption of !'e foregoing resolution was duly seconded by trustee Renner and upon vote being t4.Ken thereon, the following voted in favor i thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees Renner—nd Hunt. The following were absent: Eayor Staples atd Trustee Hagen. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adcated. w STATE OF bIMMOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS.
