OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call wad notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
August 8, 1966, at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55
commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees Renner, Hagen and Hunt,
and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples.
Trustee Hunt introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66-130
1PH8EtEAS, a petition dated August 8, 1966, has been received
from eleven owners of property on 10th Avenue North, Ithaca Lane
and Harbor Lane and reading as follows:
No, the undersigned, hereby petition to be included
in the existing accepted Sanitary Sewer Project
66-10 which now includes Harbor Lane North - starting
at the southern edge of Lot 12 (Fox Chapel Grove
Addition) and running north through the inter-
section of Harbor Lane North and 10th Avenue.",
and
NHSRBAS, the Council believes thin inclusion in Sanitary
Sewer Project 66-1G to be proper,
NOW, THSR=FORB, BS IT RSSOLVEG BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THS
VILLAGB OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That Sanitary Sewer Project 66-1G be extended
to include 523-C Harbor Lane North and also
Lot 10, Block 1, Glen Grove Acres.
The motion was seconded by Trustee Hagen and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted In favor thereof: Acting Mayor
O'Fallon, Trustees Renner, Hunt, and Hagen,

and the following voted against: none,
and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples,
whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I
have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
held on August 8, 1998, with the original on file in my office, and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to the vacation of certain streets of the
village.
WITNESS my hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village on this day of August, 1956.
