HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-127VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Resolution No. 66-127 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lot day of August, 1966. The following members were present: Trustees Hunt, Hagen and Renner and Acting Mayer O'Fallon. and the following members were absent: Mayer Staples. Trustee Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Mr. Kenneth Krussow requested a subdivision of Lets 1 and 2, Bleck 8, Medicine Lake Park Third Addition, each let to be approximately 12,000 square feet, and WHEREAS, this division does net change anything except the shape of the subject lets; and WHEREAS, Nr. Krussew is requesting this subdivision to comply with Village Ordinances, NOW, THERE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. 'that the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth, passed on January 10,1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Beek 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page ¢97, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Parcel As The East 100 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Bleck 8, Modicine Lake Perk Third Division, Hennepin Co., Minnesota. Parcel B: That part of lots 1 and 2, Bleck 8, No41cins Lake Park Third Division, Hennepin Co., Minnesota lying West of the East 100 feet. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vete being talon thereon the following voted in Paver thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees Hunt, Hagen and Renner. The following voted against the motion; none. The following were absent: Mayer Staples. Whereupon the metion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN es. VILLACLE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held August 1, 1966, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the waiver of requirements of subdivision ordinance as requested by Kenneth Krussew on Lets 1 and 2. Block 8, Medicine Lake Park Third Addition. WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the village thisday of August, 1966.
