Resolution No. 66-126
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on '.he
lot day of August, 1966.
The Yellowing members were present: Trustee Hunt, Hagen and Renner
and Acting Mayor O'Fallon.

Trustee Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, Sunray DX has requested a building permit for a service
station and a service station license, said station to be located on
Lancaster Land and County Read No. 9, the commercially zoned property
being 200 feet by 200 feet in area, and
WHEREAS, it is desired that no traffic flow be permitted onto the
parking let of the shopping center immediately adjacent to said location
and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has recommended that the requirements of the
subdivision ordinance be waived in accordance with the above,
NOW, Tom, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE: VILLAGE OF
• PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance Ne. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth, passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Beek 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register
of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to conveyance
of parcels of land lase than five (5) acres in area and 3c:)
feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described
lands:
That part of the northeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 118,
Range 22, Described as follows: Commencing at the northeast
corner of Lot 1, Bleck 1, Plymouth Plass• Addition; thence
easterly along the southerly line of County Read Ne. 9, a
distance of 269.01 feet; thence at a right angle south a
distance of 7.0 feet to the actual point of beginning of
the tract of land to be described; thence continuing south
along last described course a distance of 103.0 feet; thence
southerly along a tangential curve to the left, with a radius
of 834.3 feet, a distance of 97.23 foot; thence easterly
parallel with the southerly line of County Read No. 9, a
distance of 194.34 feet; thence at a right angle north a
distance of 200.0 feet to a point 7.0 feet south of the
southerly line of County Read No. 9; thence westerly
parallel with the southerly line County Read No. 9, a
distance of 200.0 foot to the actual point of beginning.

and, that a building permit be issued subject to the authority
of the Village Council or designated representative to require
of the permittee that suitable buffer areas be provided between
the station and the shopping area including but not limited to
barriers preventing traffic flow.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Trustee Runt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Trustees Hunt, Hagen and
Renner.
and the followiig voted against the motion: none.
and the following were absent: Mayor Staples.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held August 19 1966, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar ss the same relates to the
waiver of requirements of subdivision ordinance on Sunray DX service
station on Lancaster Lane and County Road No. 9, as recommended by the
Engineer.
WITNESS, my hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the village thisday of August, 1966.
