HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-125o � VILLAGE of PLYMOUTH Resolution No. 66-125 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minncanta, was held on the lot day of August, 1966 The fell•wing members were present: Trustees Hunt, Hagen and Renner, and Acting Mayor O'Fallon, and the following Members were absent: Mayor Staples. Acting Mayer O'Fallen introduced the following reselutien and moved its . adoptions WHEREAS, a preliminary plat has boon received from Mr. Albert Snyder identified as Preliminary Plat of Snyder's Pine Ridge Addition and covering land described therein, and WHEREAS, Mr. Snyder is aware of the fact that this entire Addition is still zoned residential# NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the Preliminary Plat of Snyder's Pine Ridge Addi.ion am submitted by Mr. Albert Snyder and covering the 2 -id described below be approved. That part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3:j, Township 118, Range 22, lying Southwesterly of the centerline of State Highway ,101, except the South 30 feet of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 30, else except that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 30 deocribed as fellers: Be eningen the hest line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 14; at :point distant 30 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North along said hest Line 325.93 feet to the North line of 20th Avenue North; thence deflecting to the right at an angle of $1030' a distance of 30 feet; thence South along a line parallel with said Ment line 325.93 feet were or less to a point 30 feet North of the South line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence West parallel with said South line 30 feet to the point of beginning. The moties for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vete being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fallos, Trustees Hunt, Hagen and Renner. Tae following voted against the motion: none. The following were absents , Mayor Staples. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. yTATE OF bIKNESOTA COM" OF HE iNEPIN VILLAGER OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held August 1, 1966, with the original thereof on file in sly office and the same is a full, true and conplete transcript therefrom insofar as the save related to the approval of Preliminary Plat of Snyder's Pine Badge Addition.
