M. to conr3idor vacation of the following deocribad portion of the following daacribod street: All of Ariel Avenue, described as follows: Beginning at the Northerly Right-of-way line of Florence Avenue; thence Northerly between Blocks 2 and 3 to the Southerly Right-of-way line of Tenth Avenue. and, NHaM8, at such hearing all persona desiring to be hoard yore given such opportunity, after which said public hearing was docl--7*d olosed by the Mayor pro tem. NOW T@MRRFORM, BR IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COM CIL OF T. The motion was seconded by Truetee III= and upon vote being taken thoreon, that followings voted in favor thereof: Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt. the following voted against: None and the following members vara absent: Layor Staples
