Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a xagobw (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was iced on the 25th day of July , 19 66 .
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Renner and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Trustee Hagen.

Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:

WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
west Installation of sanitary

bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYNOM:

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
. bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee p'Fallcn ' and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Moor -,taples, Trustees
O'Fallon, Renner and Hunt.

The following were (absent) Trustee Hager.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
