Pursuant to due call cnd notice thereof, a i (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was hold on the 25ih day of July , I9—to6_.
The following members were present: Favor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Renner and Hunt.
and the following members we; ,- absent: Trustee Hagen.
MAjor Staples introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RMOLUTION NO. 66-119
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
installation of sanitary
sewer in project area 66-17.
by
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

HOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with yam_

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a enntract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustoe Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Q'F'allon, Renner and Hunt.
The following voted against the sage: Mone
The following were (absent) Trustee Hagen
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
