The following members were present: Favor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner and Hunt. and the following members we; ,- absent: Trustee Hagen. MAjor Staples introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RMOLUTION NO. 66-119 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the installation of sanitary sewer in project area 66-17. by bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement. • Amount of Amo=t of Bidder Total Bid Bidder Total Bid worthern Contracting Co. $236,750.00 8arbares a A Now =219,349.60 Ortel & /ams, Inc. 20,045.20 9. HOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 111. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a enntract has been signed." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustoe Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Q'F'allon, Renner and Hunt.
