VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION AP PRO IFICATIONS AND
ORDERING AVVIORTINERENT-70R-MS
Pursuant to clue call and notice thereof a regular (n"�'i
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the lath day of , 19_A&
The following members were present:
Mayor BtayUw, Trustees O•Vallon, Host and Beemsr
and the following members were absent: Trustoe Hagen
Ma:or_at�,Ri� introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66-116
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on

No. 88-111.
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

• "1. Such plans and specificationo , a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisemento Pon

such
mprovement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 110;00 b'oc aa M• on Aug.22,1966, in
the Council Cham hers ofchei�lage Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clurk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for g per cent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Reaaer and upon vote being taken thereon,
• the following voted in favor thoreof:

WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
