M. 7he following members were, present: Rayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallan, Hunt and Renner. The Bellowing members were absent: Trustee Hagen. "RESOLUTION NO. 66- a! 1 A RESOLUTION SITTING A DATS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF A PUBLIC ACCE88 TO MEDICINE LAME WHEREAS, application has been made to the Village Gouaeil by the owner of property abutting on village right of nay and access to Medicine Lake in Rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park 3rd Division for the vacation of such right of way, NOW THEREFORE, B8 IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE VELLA6Z COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOM A9 FOMONS: 1. That a public hearing be meld at the Village Hall of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P. H. on the 15th day of August, 1966, to consider the vacation of the following described village right of wag and access to Medicine Lake: That certain strip of land 100 feet in width in the plat of Rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park, 3rd Division running from East Medicine Lake Boulevard to the shore lime of Medicine Lake, the northwesterly line of said strip of land being adjacent to Lot S of ,Teva'■ Subdivision of Block 17, Medicine Lake park 3rd Division. 2. That the Village Clerk -Administrator be directed to give proper legal notice of such hearing in the manner required by law." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt and Renner.
