The following voted against the same: None. The following were absent: Trustee Hunt. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HFNNEPIN ) ss VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH , 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of PIytnouith;' Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held July; 11, 1966, with the oz,iginal thereof on file, in my office and the 'same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as 'the same relates to the vacation of certain streets within the village.` WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal, of the village this day of July, 1966, - Village Cler n1S ra QP Village of Plymouth, Minn eAdta r (Seal) sf r, EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall at 13800 State Highway No. SS on the 12th day of July, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., Central Daylight Time. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Renner; and the following members were absent: Trustee Hunt. The Mayor announced that the Council would consider all bids for the purchase of $3,000,000 Public Improvement Bonds of 1966. as advertised for sale. The Clerk -Administrator Presented affidavits showing publication of the notice of sale more than tea days In advance of sale in the Minnetonka Herald, the official newspaper, and in Commercial West, a financial paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were examined and found to be satis- factory and ordered placed on file. The Clerk -Administrator presented the sealed bids which had been delivered to him prior to the time specified in the notice of sale and said bids were opened, examined and found to be as follows: NAME OF BIDDER INTEREST RATES AMOWr OF BID John Nuveen b Co. 4.781% 1969-1981 $3,000,000 4.60% 1982-1991 Plus additional interest of Total Interest 1% from 9/1/66 to 8/1/67 on *T,50j;709-.10 bands maturing in the years 1969 to 1991. 6.00% per annum Average Rate ou all bonds from 1992-1996 from date of bonds to August 1, 1983 and 1% per annum on said bonds from August 2, 1983 to respective maturities. -1-
