OF VIT.LAGB COIL OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOTMI
July 11, 1966
Pursuant to call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Plymouth Village Coil was hold on the 11th day of
July, 1988 at the Village Hall, 18800 State Highway No. 35
coommucing at 7:30 o'clock P. R.
The following senbers were present:
Mayor Staples, Tr toes O'Pallon, ftnt, Hagen and Renner.
The following members were absent: Trustee Hunt
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.

A RESMUTION AUTHMIZING AND DIRECTING
THE VATOR AND CLMM-ADYMBTRATOR TO
ISSUE AN ORIMR TM ATIl10 TO THE HKZARDOUS
AND UASAIIMRY BUILDINGS LOCATED Owl' TRACT
D, TM11 OEM" I LAS SURVEY #701
IIBBRBAS, an iaasstitation has been made by the Building
Inspector and written reports have been submitted relative
to the two structures located on Tract D, Registered Land
8usvey No. 701 cad,
AREAS, it is hereby determined that said structures are
ussanitary and unsaft in several particulars,
XW THSRBFOBB, B8 IT HEMW RSSOLVSD BY THI VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THs VILLACM OF PLYROVM, XDMSOTA AS FOLLOWS -
1. The Myer and Clerk-Admintstrater are hereby
authorised and directed to erscute and issue
an appropriate Order directed to all parties
In interest at to Tract D, Registered Land
Survey No. 701 requiring that all unsate,
hazardous and vnaaitary conditions now
exleti.4i on said property be eliminated.

• 2. That said Order be prepared, served and filed in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 392,
Laws of 1965, State of Minnesota."
The above notion was seconded by Trustee Renner
and upon -vote beim taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof .
The following voted againet :
Whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly( passed
and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that 1 have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular seating of the Village Council
of said village bold July 11, 1966, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom Insofar an the same relates to hazardous
and u taitaryr buildingo located on Tract D, Registered Land
Survey No. 701.
