Pusmumt to due call and notice thereof# a regular meeting of
Us Villa& Council of the Village of Plymouth, Ninuesota, was held
on the 11th day of Julyq 1966•
The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'Fallon, Hageui and Rennerl
and the following were absents Trustee Hunt

Trustee Hagen introduced the following Resolution aM moved its
adoptions
• RESOLUTION NO. 66-106
NK9UASs the Village of Plymouth exercised its right of eminent
domain with respect to certain lands within the village for street
improvement purposes as appeare in Hennepin County District Court
File Condemnation No. 469 aodt
MGM1ASg said village has filed the Final Certificate in such
condemnation proceedings and,
IF RklAlki th respect to Lot 60 Block 1t Oakwood Hills lot
Addition a request has been received that the village euacute and
deliver a quit claim deed to the owners of said propertyp except
,%hat part thereof taken for street purposesq in order to remove any
• questions relative to the precise right of way so condemosdg
NOW THkkkREFORE W IT HERESY RESOLVED HY THE VILLA= COUNCIL OF
TIM VILLAGE OF PLYMOUIR,
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorised and directed to execute
a quit claim deed on behalf of the village to Oeorge Tetriakp Jr. and
Anita Be Tetriak, husband and wife, to the following described propertys
All that part of Lot 6g Block 1t Oakwood
Hills lot Additions lying South of a line
drawn parallel to and 30 feet South oft
as measured at right angles tot the North
line of the plat of Oakwood Hills lot
Additions said North line of said plat
being the North line of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast quarter (lei 1/4
of IM 1/4) of Section 309 Township 1189
Range 22.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by "r Staples and upon vote being taken thereon,

of the Village of Plymouth, Xinnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meting of the Village Council of said village held
July 11, 1.966p with the original thereof on file in sv office and
Us same is a fullp true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
am the now relates to the aaeoution of a quit claim deed on behalf
of the village to George Tetriak, Jr. and Mita B. Tetriak, husband
and wife,
