RESOLUTION WAIVING REQUIRRIUMM OF
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
Be It Resolved by the Village Council of the Vill e of Plymouth:
That t..a requirements of Ordinance No. ti -1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966,
in Book 1035 of Kiscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds,
Hennenin County, Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land
less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Lula J. Winnen, 1235 Peony Lane, Wayzata, Minn.
(Parcel 1) The Easterly 107.81 feet of Lot 1,
Block 1, Winnen Addition.
(Parcal 2) Lot 1 except the Easterly 107.81 feet
thereof, Block 1, Winnen Addition.
(Parcel 3) The Easterly 206.66 feet of Lot 2,
Block 1, Winnen Addition, the Southerly 15 feet
thereof being subject to an easement for ingress
and agrees.
(Parcel 4) Lot 2, except the easterly 206.66 feet
thereof, Block 1, Winnen Addition, the Southerly
15 feet of the Easterly 43.34 feet thereof being
subject to an easement for ingress and egress. Also
an easement for ingress and egress over the Southerly
15 feet of the Easterly 206.66 feet of said Lot 2
and the Northerly 15 feet of the Easterly 250 feet
of Lot 3, Block 1, Win Addition.
(Parcel 5) The Easterly 206.66 feet of Lot 3,
Block 1, Winnen Addition, the Northerly 15 feet
thereof being subject to an easement for ingress
and egress.
(Parcel 6) Lot 3 except the Easterly 206.66 feet
thereof, Block 1, Winuen Addition, the Northerly
15 feet of the Easterly 43.34 feet thereof being
subject to an easement for ingress and egress.
Also an easement for ingress and egress over the
Northerly 15 feet of the Easterly 206.66 feet of
said Lot 3 and the Southerly 15 feet of the Easterly
250 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Kronen Addition.
