Be It Resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouths
That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth, passed on January 109 1966, and filed on April 6, 19661,
in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, Page 497. Register of Deeds,
Hennepin County, Kinnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of laud
less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described landss
Mrs. Richard S. Tucker, 5917 Oxford Street, St. Louie Paxk, Minn.
(Parcel A) The Best 101 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Rathe
Firat Addition.
(Parcel B) The Asset 101 feet of the West 202 feet of
Lot 4, Block 1, Raths First Addition.
(Parcel 0) L-ot .5 and that part of Lot 4 Lying East of
the Nest 202 feet of said Lot 4t Block 19 Ra►the
First Addition.
Adopted by the Council on the llth day of July► 1966.
