HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-102VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION A$PRO IFICATIOI+S AND UJIVERING ADVERTIRMENT FOR 131139 (Special) Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a seyogm fnpva§=# meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of July , 19 . The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'hllon, Hagen mad Renner. and the following members were absent: 'Fast" fit - e 4 # # * # RESoLVPIOs No. 66-102 Mayor Staplem introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on consulting November 3, 10 A 17th, 19 6j , the Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the repair and restoration of v1l1W streets which have been opened for installation of sanitary sewer bW installation of a 4" gravel base on all such streets 0 and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE • VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: -1- 111. Such plane and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for Sicis upon Me making of sup mprovement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub- lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on August 15,196 6, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashierts check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5 per cent of the amount of such bid." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Renner. The following voted against the same: Hone. The following were (absent) .
