SPECIAL I=TINQ OF VILIAGE COUNCIL of VILLAGE OF PLYBOi1'!'H .TUNS 27, 1966 Pursuant to dtm call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Coun3il of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on June 27, 1966 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 56 commencing at 7:30 P. Y. The following members were prevent: Sailor Staples, Trustees C' FZ lion, Hagen and Reamer. The following members were abaafent s Trustee Hunt Mayor Staples Introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions "RRSOLUTION NO. 66*100 A RX50LUTION AUMORISINO CO TION PROCREDIN48 FOR IMPROVSIRNT OF ZACBARY ;AWR BM COMMY RUD NO. 9 AND COMM ROAD NO. 10 BE IT ==AY MWOL PED BY TIDE VILIAQB COUNCIL OF THE VILIAOS OF PLYMOUTH AS W&LQW, 1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper and expedient and in the interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the Village of Plymouth to acquire for street purposes the following described property located within said Village of Plymouth, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -wit: W W Farcel No. 1 A sloped utility and construction easement over, under and across that portion of the NX 1/4 of the NS 1/4 of Section 14, Township 118, Range 22 described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Mat Line of Section 14 distant 200 ft. Southerly of the Northeast Corner thereof; thence run westerly for a distance of 33 Ft. along a line being at right angles to the East Line of Section 14; thence run southerly to a point being distant 48.7 Ft. Westerly and 360 Ft. northerly of the Southeast Corner of the N.N. 1/4 of the N.S. 1/4 of Section 14; thence run Southerly to a point on the Mouth Line thereof distant 41.6 Ft. Westerly of the Southe"t Corner of the N.E. 1/4 of the N.B. 1/4 of Section 14; then-ce run easterly to said Southeast Corner; thence run northerly along the Nast Line of Section 14 to the point of beginning and there terminating; excepting therefrom the Sight -of -Way of the existing road. Lee and Mildred Lee, husband and wife Parcel No. 2 Nature of Interest Fee in joint tenancy A permanent easement over and across the following described property All of that portion of the 8 1/2 of'the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 118, Range 82, lying Masterly of the West line of Section 12, Township 118, Range 22 and Westerly of the present right of Way line of Zachary Lane. The albove motion was seconded by Trustee Hagen and upon voter being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Renner. VILLAGE OF PLYNOUTH) I, the Fz+ltir�sLgns� , being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Vi Plage of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held on Juwj 29, 1966, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar an the same relates to the improvement of Zachary Lasso between County Road #9 and County Road #10.
