Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetiag of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, w -a heid
on the 27th day of June, 1966.

enter into the attached contract with C. S. RoCressan, Inc.
of Osseo, Minnesota, in the name of the Village of Plymouth
for the improvement of the following streets, to -en is
Zachary Lane from County !toad #9 to County Road 410 fay
grading, base work, drainage and bituminous amrfacLue
according to the plana and speoiflcstlaas tterelar
approved by the Village Council and on file in the office
of the Village Clerk.

return forthwith to all bidders -the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Hagen and upon vote being taloses thereon,
the following voted in favor thersofs
Mayor Staples, Trastsea O'Fallon, Hagen and Romer.
The following voted against the sawei None.
The following were absents Trustee Hunt.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have

a special meeting of the Village Council of said village hold
June 27th, 1966, with the original thereof on file in or office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript theretram
insofar as the some relates to the impsoveosntact- LachAcry Lane
from County Road #9 to County Road #10.
