RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, 1linnesota,
was held on the 27th day of June, 1966.
The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Renner.
And the following members were absent: Trustee Hunt.

Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
February 7, 1966, the village Engineer has prepared plans and
specifications for the installation of Sanitary Sewer in Area
66-10, and has presented such plans and specifications to the
Council for approval;
NOW9 'FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAOB OP PLYMOUTH:
"1. Such plans and specifications, a Copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. 'The village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted
in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin
an advertisement for bids upon the making of such
approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published for two weeks, shall specify the
work to be dons, shall state that bids will be opened
and considered by the Council eA 11:00 o'clock A.M.
on July 22, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the
Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered
unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied
by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or
certified check payable to the Clerk for S per cent
of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Renner and upon vote being taken,thereon,

The following were abeentt Trustee Hunt.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting : 1erk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compered the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a special meeting of the Village Couniil of said village held
June 27th, 1966, with the original thereof on file in my office
' and the setae is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the approving of plans and specifi-
cations and ordering advertisement for bids for sanitary sewer
in Area 66-10.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corpomte
seal of the villas this 30th day of June, 1966.
