Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular -
meeting of the Village Council was he;d on the 20th day of
June , 1956 at the Village Hall, 13000 :tate Highway
No. 55 commencing at 7s3o o'clock P M. The following
members were present: Kay or staples, T:vnteee O'rallon, Renner, Hagen,
and Sunt
The following members were absent: Nose.
Mayor Staples introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:

RZOOLUTIOH DIMMUIG PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR BANIURY X f PRO.WT X-85
BE IT PGOOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota as follows:
• 1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of
/asit"T Nwr Prejoct X-86 , including all incidental
expenses, is in the sum of $ 1521,000 , and that the sum of
$152,000 is to be assessed against benefitted property.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of
, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable
.;
lot, piece or parcel of land within, the district affected in
accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061, 'Minnesota
Statutes.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee 09yallou
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Reyor Staples, Trustees Wallon, Renner, Hagen and Runt.
The following voted against: Nano.
