Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular -
meeting of the Village Council was held on the 20th day of
June , 196 6 at the Village Hall, 13000 Ctate Highway
No. 55 commencing at WO o'clock P M. The following
members were present: Xayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen
and Hunt.
The following members were absent: Hone.
Trustee Hagen introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:

ROLL FOR 1965 Wf=T IKPROVlIQ;M
BE IT RE-GOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of
1965 Street Improvements , including all incidental
expenses, is in the sum of v 135,000 , and that the sum of
$135,000 is to be assessed against benefitted property.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of
, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected in
accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota
Otatutes.
The above motion was seconded by n.,atee Hsu=
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against: hone.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Hymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular 05p96260 meeting of the
Village Council of said village held June 20th , 1966 ,
with the original thereof on file in my o ce an a same _
