Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular-spee6ei
meeting of the Village Council was held on the 20th day of
June , 1966 at the Village Hall, 13000 State Highway
Ito. 55 commencing at 7130 o'clock P M. The following
members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Hallon, Renner, Hagen
and Hunt.
The following members were absent:: done.

88 IT RI300LUD by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of
Parker's 1AUm hex's Sever , including all incidental
expenses, Is in the sum of $ 145,000 , and that the sum of
01,000 is to be assessed against benefitted property.
2. The Village Clork with the assintance of
, shall forthwith calculate the propos amount to be
specially assessed for the improvement against every assensabla
lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected in
accordance with the provisions of Section x•29.061, Minnesota
Otatutes.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hunt
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: keor Staples, Trustees O'Pallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
The fullowing voted against: None.
