Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular.
;eating of the Village Council was held on the 20th day of
June , 1966 at the Village Hall, 13600 Otate Highway
No. 55 commencing at 7:30 o'clock P M. The following
members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Fenner, Hagen
and Hunt.
The following members were absent: None.

RESOLUTION NO. 66-88

resolution and moved its adoption:

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
• Plymouth, Minnesota as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the total coat of
Garland Lar Us= M mr (Asea T -B) . including all incidental
expenses, is in the sum of $ 90,000 , and that the sus of
11,000 is to be assessed against benefitted property.
9. The Village Clerk with the assistance of
, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable

lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected in
accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota
Statutes.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Renner
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Runt.
The following voted against: None.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Pfymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing

Village Council of said village held June 20th , 19 66,
with the original thereof on file in my orrice a e same
in a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as
