Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouths
That the requirements of the ordinamo-of the Village of Plymouth passed
on June 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, .n book 838 of miscellaneous
records, page 55, Register of Deeds, Howwpin County, Minnesota, relating
to conveyance of balance of lend less than 2-1%2 (two and one-half) acres
in area are hereby waived an to the following described lands
Lots 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, & 9, Block 2, Pinecrest
Mel Gotten, Minnetonka Estates, 734 E. Lake Street, wa;sata
Adopted the 20th day of Juno, 1966.
